If your question is not here please do not hesitate to contact us and we will answer you as soon as possible.

  • Is it safe to cycle in Kefalonia?
While most roads are in good condition and drivers are in general very safe, cycling on a paved road with other vehicles is of course risky. Nevertheless our aim is your safety and comfort, this is why we chose less busy secondary roads and pathways. Do keep in mind however that during the low-season months (all months apart from June-October), roads are less populated, and consequently less busy.
  • What time must I arrive?
The bike tour participant should arrive at the designated starting point at least fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled starting time for the “check in” procedure. The bike tour will start on time with the participants who are present.
  • Must I be fit to join a tour?
Every tour requires a different level of fitness. Our tours range from Beginner level (no experience or fitness level needed, as long as you know how to ride a bicycle) to advanced (experience and high fitness level required). Every tour description includes the fitness level required.
  • Do you have e-bikes?
Yes, we do. Using our high quality e-bikes is a convenient and fun way to explore the island.
  • In what language are the tours?
All our tours can be provided in English or Dutch. The Argostoli highlight tour is provided in English. But we also provide private group tours in English, Dutch and French, upon request and availability.
  • Are there any discounts for children on your tours?
Children weighing less than 23 kg/50 lbs participate for free, riding on a child seat. Children between the age of 12 and 16 receive a 25% discount. ID must always be provided.
  • Are we accompanied by a tour guide?
All scheduled bike tours are lead by an experienced tour leader who supervises the itinerary, ensuring the program is carried out as described on our website and/or agreed in our specific offer. The tour leaders are not tour guides explaining the meaning, destination and history of ancient Greece.
  • Are helmets provided?
Helmets are not obligatory for cyclists by the Greek Highway Code. However, your safety is our priority, so we provide free helmets for all our cycling tours, should you like to use one.
  • What is the minimum age required for children to participate in bike tours?
Children under 3 years of age are NOT allowed to participate. Children between the ages of 3 and 6 and weighing less than 23 kg/50 lbs can participate both in private and group tours, riding on a child seat, provided that they are accompanied by an adult. Children aged between 7 and 12 can participate ONLY in private tours, accompanied by an adult, and the ability to ride in crowded streets is required. Children are under the responsibility of their parents. Children above 12 can use a mountain or a trekking bike and can participate both in private and group tours. They are required to be accompanied by an adult, and the ability to ride in crowded streets is needed. Children are under the responsibility of their parents. We supply the seats free of charge. However, they’re available only upon reservation: we suggest you email us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is included only in our Cycling Holidays category where overnight stays in various locations are required. All other tours do not include accommodation.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. We provide full refund up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24hours, there is no refund. Alternatively we can change the date of your reservation without a penalty. (However, please note that availability on your new date or time will be the deciding factor as to whether or not we can change your reservation. So if we are already full we won't be able to change your reservation.)
